Impact Recycling is a technology company that have developed ground breaking mechanical recycling technologies to recycle post-consumer plastic at commercial scale.
We are seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to lead the ramp up to capacity at our new Bellshill facility.
- Support the CTO and Engineering team during installation & commissioning phases.
- Recruit & develop a team ready to run and maintain the facility post commissioning.
- Responsibilities include ensuring production, quality & maintenance KPI’s are met.
- Responsible for SHEQ across the entire site
Experience:
- Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills

Reactive to site operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 per year
