We are seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to lead the ramp up to capacity at our new Bellshill facility.

• Support the CTO and Engineering team during installation & commissioning phases.

• Recruit & develop a team ready to run and maintain the facility post commissioning.

• Responsibilities include ensuring production, quality & maintenance KPI’s are met.

• Responsible for SHEQ across the entire site

Experience:

• Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organisational skills

Reactive to site operations

Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 per year
