We use Google Search Console to monitor how this website appears in Google search results. This is a webmaster tool that processes aggregated, anonymised search performance data held by Google; it does not set any cookies on your device and does not involve any collection of personal data about visitors to this website.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the following categories of recipient:
- Website hosting and email providers — as strictly necessary to operate this website and send responses to your enquiries.
- Legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities — where required to do so by applicable law or a binding legal order.
No other third parties receive your personal data for their own purposes. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK except as strictly necessary to operate our hosting infrastructure, in which case appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) apply.
6. How long we keep your data
- Contact and enquiry data: retained for up to 3 years from the date of your last contact, or as long as necessary to fulfil any resulting commercial relationship.
- Server log data: retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes.
Where data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, we delete or anonymise it.

For requests that are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or disproportionately burdensome, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee or decline to act, in accordance with applicable law.
