Feedstock
Post-consumer mixed rigid plastics
This plant accepts post-consumer mixed rigid plastics from household and commercial waste streams. Feedstock is an unsorted mixed rigid plastic feedstock supplied by national and regional waste management companies.
Process
BOSS-3D and Reverse-BOSS density separation
The BOSS-3D line uses water-based density separation with oscillating baffles to separate low-density polyolefins from heavier contaminants. The Reverse-BOSS line then recovers heavier technical polymers including ABS and HIPS. Material is washed, shredded and purified before compounding.
Output
High-purity HDPE, PP and technical regrind
The plant produces high-purity HDPE and PP for pelletising and re-use in blow moulding and injection moulding applications. Technical grade regrind is recovered as a third stream for industrial reuse.
